WHAT IS VIRTUAL COACHING?

This is NOT a canned, 1-size-fits-all program. Virtual coaching is custom designed exercise programming.

 

Do you want individualized advice from a certified personal trainer but to workout independently on your own time? With custom coaching, you will receive a personalized workout program that you can access through cloud software, and all of the exercises assigned to you will be paired with video demonstrations.

HOW DOES VIRTUAL COACHING WORK?

You will receive a private link to your program. Your program page is view-only, and this is where you will read your workout assignment. Click the links in your program to watch the demonstration videos.

Not sure you're doing the exercise correctly? Head to your notes page and follow the instructions to submit questions or to upload videos. 

I will reply with individualized comments to set you up for success moving forward!

YOU'LL HAVE A SEPARATE FILE WHERE YOU CAN SUBMIT YOUR VIDEOS & questions

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW TO BE PREPARED?

You will need time and space to move regularly. I will create your individualized workout plan based on what equipment or facility you have access to. 

 

You can expect your program to be updated every 4-6 weeks to keep you on track, and you will get unlimited email access to communicate with me throughout your program.

If you can make a 3-month commitment with monthly auto-payments of $300, then customized coaching could be a good fit for you.

 

Let's say you want to continue beyond the 3 months; the $300 monthly charges will automatically continue.

 

If you're not feeling it just let me know and after the 3-month requirement, your plan will be cancelled.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

Let's get started with a live, 60-minute Zoom session to get acquainted. I will demonstrate how to use the cloud software, and I will assess your mobility / fitness level. Dress in comfortable workout clothing and be prepared to move!

After our initial meeting, you will be working out independently following the guidance I provide to you online.
