Virtual personal training is 1-on-1, individualized instruction with certified personal trainer, Bianca Russo. You will be guided through a customized workout on Zoom from warm up to cool down. Your workout will be completely tailored to your needs through a process of carefully reviewing your intake forms and a developing trusted relationship with Bianca. As an injury-prevention specialist, Bianca works patiently and encourages the less-is-more approach for those who are new (or recently returning) to physical activity. The goal will be to keep you safe yet, find the appropriate degree of challenge.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Please sign up for an initial session at a time that works best for you! After making your first purchase, spend no more than 5 minutes filling out your online intake forms. During our first virtual meeting, we'll review your answers and briefly discuss how to translate those objectives into a sustainable training program that meets your needs.
We will meet on Zoom at the time you've booked online; the link to your personal training zoom room will be included in your confirmation email. The initial workout will last up to 60 minutes from intro to cool down. Please be on time, bring a water bottle, and be ready for an affirming AF workout!

WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS AFTER THE FIRST SESSION?
After your initial virtual personal training appointment, sessions will be about 30 minutes in duration since we will have introduced ourselves already. You will have the option of buying a package of either six or twelve sessions.
